Music and animated short films can be a very good combination: Sound of Light, from French digital arts school ESMA (class of 2022) is yet another good example of this. This short film is centered around jazz and a character suffering from social anxiety. The team chose to rely on stylized textures and rendering. They also included onirical sequences reminiscent of Walt Disney animated movies from the 90s.

Through music and with the help of a friendly spirit, he will discover the city he just moved in.
Will he manage to overcome his fear of the unknown ?
