Superprod Group announces the acquisition of Mélusine Productions and Studio 352, two sister companies focusing on animation.
The two companies were created in 1997 by Stephan Roelants: Mélusine Production focuses on development and production, while Studio 352 concentrates on 2D/3D animation manufacturing. Both are known, for their work on various animated features such as Kensuke’s Kingdom, Ernest & Celestine: A Trip To Gibberita, The Summit of the Gods, Wolfwalkers, Song of the Sea, and The Congress..
Following this acquisition, Stephan Roelants will retain his role as producer on ongoing projects. He will, however, hand over general management to Fabien Renelli, with whom he has worked for many years.
Superprod Group owns animation studios in Paris, Angouleme, Los Angeles, New York, and Milan. This announcement strengthens even more the international stature of Superprod Group.
