VFX veteran Hal Hickel, currently working at ILM as an Animation Director, built an impressive resume over the years. He worked on the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy (Gore Verbinski, 2003-2007), The Lost World : Jurassic Park (Steven Spielberg, 1997), Star Wars : Episode I – The Phantom Menace (George Lucas, 1999). He also worked on Toy Story (John Lasseter, 1995) and on a few technical demos at THX Ltd.
During VIEW Conference 2019, Hal Hickel was interviewed by Thomas Martin aka Gorkab, thanks to a partnership between Thomas Martin, 3DVF.com and Youtube channel VectanProduction2.
