Tronatic Studio reveals a CGI breakdown for French Youtuber Inoxtag’s film, Kaizen. The movie features an animated introduction with a large cave under a glacier, an eagle, a vast mountainous landscape, and a CG character representing Inoxtag.
The breakdown details various elements of the project, including the work on the bird of prey and its feathers, the modeling of the cave, and FX (avalanche, snowflakes).
The project was supervised by Mathieu “Atalow” Gasq, supported by a team of artists including Marion Hetroy, Leslie Ramjattan, and Valentin Rousseau.
The team outlines the challenges on their website: the 19 shots required over a month of work, with a strong focus on the ice and snow. The eagle was another major challenge, as it was shown in close-up shots and needed to appear large and imposing despite its smaller size relative to the environment.
