Crush: a short film about cable cars falling in love

This article is also available in: French

French artist collective MegaComputeur just unveiled their latest short film: Crush.

On the verge of crushing two old cable cars, a nostalgic scrap dealer delves into his memories and imagines the life they once shared.

This new short film follows the same principles as the previous works of the collective, such as Plaisir Sucré: a mix of French touch and absurd humor. This short film was created for a French ski resort, Val Thorens. It seems that they really liked Hors Piste, a student short film created by artists from the collective (you can watch it or re-watch it below), and they decided to give MegaComputeur carte blanche for another short.
