French digital arts school ESMA has released another animated thesis short film. Watch Bas les Pattes, directed by Anne-Lise Adain, Cécile Meynckens, Thelma Baslé, Matthieu Poumeyrol, Clémentine Ferrer, Mathilde Tholliez, and Emma Jakubiak.
Summer 1934, departure from the south of France on a luxury train. In a corner of the station, Mirabelle, a little mouse, tries to steal some food. She inadvertently ends up on the train. At the same time, a man invites himself onto the train to steal food from the passengers. These two unwanted passengers are going to create trouble in this hostile world.
The directors of Bas les pattes played with the camera to follow the two main characters.
