At SIGGRAPH 2024, we did a short interview of Victoria Leviaux andFlorian Gomes Freitas, two of the co-directors behind the animated short film After Grandpa (“Après Papi” in French)
This short film, directed by a team of students from French animation school MoPA (Juliette Michel, Swann Valenza, Florian Gomes Freitas, Axel Sence, and Victoria Leviaux), won the “Best Student Project” at SIGGRAPH 2024.
Florian and Victoria give a few details about the short film, and tell us about their experience at SIGGRAPH 2024.
Here is also the trailer and the making-of. The short film will be released online after being screened in variousanimation festivals.
